Free Shipping
: Enjoy free shipping on orders of $75 or more with code: FLOWERHEAD75.

Processing Times: Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note:

  • Monogrammed items may require an additional 2 business days.

  • Notebooks are currently made-to-order with a lead time of two weeks.

  • Combined Shipping for Made-to-Order Items:
    If your order contains made-to-order items, all items will ship together. If you need non-made-to-order items to arrive sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

  • For Leather Goods:
    Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for each pouch, as they are made to order.

  • Holiday Lead Times:
    During peak gifting seasons, processing times may extend by a few extra business days. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

  • Weekend Orders:
    Orders placed on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.

  • Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times:
    We ship via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, and UPS. Estimated delivery times are:

    • Domestic Orders: 2-4 business days depending on location and shipping options selected.

    • International Orders: 7-15 business days.

    Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. All claims should be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

  • Undeliverable Packages:
    If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can resend it at the customer’s expense. Items not claimed after two weeks will be forfeited.


Returns & Damaged Goods policy


At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items due to a change of mind, so please purchase consciously.

Monogrammed and Custom Items
All monogrammed and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged as described below.

Damaged Items
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, we are happy to assist with either a replacement or a refund. Please note the following conditions:

  • Damaged Packaging: If the packaging has been visibly mishandled during shipping, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

  • Intact Packaging but Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged but the packaging is intact, please fill out the form below within 48 business hours, and we will arrange for an exchange or a refund. Additionally you may send images of the damage along with your order number to hello@flower-heads.com
